THE ART DUMP I'VE BEEN PROMISING FOR THE PAST FEW WEEKS OR SO :D  I've been procrastinating... A lot... The only reason I decided to post it today was because I wanted to have it up before the 31st. Which is tomorrow. So yeah. I was gonna have a lot more pictures than this, but I haven't finished them DDDDX  Sorry :'(

Let us start with a crappy picture I'm not proud of DX  Anatomy is phale. Eyes are phale. Hair is eh. (Please nobody comment on this picture oh gosh)




Practice with the side profile and frontal view. I'm so bad at drawing curly/wavy hair -_-  It's just so hard to give it life even when it's going freaking everywhere D:



A picture I did back in April. I couldn't get her hand right but by that time I was fed up with the whole thing and ended up slopping something down X'D  It was good wrinkle practice?





Here's a more recent drawing of her. I wanted to try putting her in actual princess clothes instead of the plain dress I usually draw her in. I'm not very good at fancy dresses... I also can't draw crowns OTL  By the way, it's an attempted back view? :D

Chibis



Attempted to draw a chibi with a crayon. Let's just say I went back to drawing with a mechanical pencil reeeeeeally soon after that...

Sorry about the crappy editing orz  It was the last picture I edited and I was sick of it DX  Anyway. Spamano is my OTP :3  (Sorry for the anatomy........ >.<)  At first I wondered why Romano would have a Spain plushie when he could just be romantic with the real thing. Then I wondered why Spain was digging through Romano's stuff in the first place. They both have issues XDDD  But that is okay because they are perfect together~



Here, have a chibi Iggy :D  I kept listening to the sped-up version of his Hatafutte Parade and couldn't get over how cute and funny it was when he said, "Let's drink beer!" X3  England, you hopeless drunk...



AVOIDING DRAWING HANDS LIKE A BOSS *shot*  You know, you don't really question the way a cute guy looks until you try to draw him and then you're like, What is up with his hair... By the way, this is Neku from TWEWY/The World Ends With You :DDDD  But I drew him before I actually started playing the game so his hair doesn't look quite right >.>  Oh, well.

Realism


Something I did when the daffodils in our back yard were in bloom. I tried drawing this from the first flower I picked instead of using a reference picture like usual... >.>;  (I forgot to sign it orz)


A realistic bunny I spent freaking forever on ^^'  (I copied it straight from my reference picture, shh)  After I drew it, it looked a little plain so I decided to try shading. So maybe smudging the graphite with a finger isn't the best method for fur, but at least it's smooth? X'D

Wow, that took a lot longer than I expected O.o  Anyways, I hope you enjoyed? :D

THESE ARE...LIKE...AHHH! They're so AMAZING! I can't help but greatly admire your hair. Everything about the way you draw hair is just beautiful! And the shading is so perfect AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON YOUR CLOTHES, FBJSJFSJF When I tried (keyword: tried) drawing, my way of doing wrinkles and folds was, "LOL, let's just put 'em everywhere," because my anatomy was horrible enough and my...well, everything was horrible.

Each and every picture on this page, though, is gorgeous (Neku and England especially). Great job! I shall sit here in jealousy and wonder why my stick people look like crap. XD

Ahaha, the hair is always my favorite part of every picture and my only motivation to finish drawing XD It's just so fun :O And thank yoooooou >.< Wrinkles and folds take practice to get the hang of them ^^' Awww :( But stick people are awesome!! :DDD

These all look pretty good! The chibis and the drawing of Neku all look the best, I think. You've got a really good grasp of the male figure that a lot of other younger artists don't seem to have, so that's good~ (normally they do weird things with male hips and you didn't so, yay. ""XD) Overall, I've noticed you have a good grasp of how the torso works.

The drawing where your character's back is to the viewer also looks pretty good, her head is just turned too far. ""XD Anime is often very guilty of giving characters, well, owl-necks for over-the-shoulder views, so normally anime!reference for that isn't always the best (RL is always the best). The most a face can show at that angle is probably a profile view, any farther and IRL her neck would be broken. ""XD

And your chibis WHY DO YOU DRAW SUCH GOOD CHIBIS IT'S NOT FAIR. /can't draw chibis to save her life

The way you draw hair is just so... so good! And you're pretty awesome at clothing folds! I think you've improved tons since the last time you posted drawings :0

Oh yeah a tip about that back view! Most of the time the chin is kind of hidden by the shoulder or really close to the shoulder, unless she's also looking up a bit. (But I haven't been able to successfully pull that off either haha)

Yes hate back views so much xD References are marvelous, if you're not too lazy like me |D
